One of the greatest strengths of this business lies with the significant subcontractor base delivering ground maintenance and cleaning services. These subcontractors have a long association with the manager and commitment to operations. Another attribute of the business is the negotiation capacity to deal with timelines, agreed deliverables and if required contract variation.
The current number of contracts differ in size yet are all managed similarly. All contracts are implemented with the prime purpose of delivering a high quality service irrespective of contract size. A continuous quality management system is in place with people, quality, safety and risk management being business cornerstones. A quality manual contains relevant legislation, policies and procedures guiding operational activity.
This business was established September 1994 beginning in the domestic ground maintenance sector with ‘Jims Mowing’ and then quickly moving into the commercial sector. The successful business partnership between Rex and Roslyn Lowe began formally in 1984 in the retail business lasting for 10 years. Experience gained during this time included financial management, employees and subcontractors management and client interaction. Such experiences have provided a sound foundation for current work practices and business modeling.
Rex & Roslyn along with son Brent ran Allscape together until 2022 when Rex & Roslyn stepped away from the business to enjoy their retirement, and Brent has now taken over the business as Owner/Manager.
